The offer must represent the business’s strongest participating public value, must not be vague or misleading, and does not stack with other discounts unless the published offer expressly says so. Founding Business Partner enrollment is currently $0. This founding status does not promise permanent free pricing for future programs, does not authorize an automatic charge, and does not require a contribution. Proud 2 Pay connects members with participating businesses, but does not guarantee customer volume, sales, revenue, placement, or return. The network is actively expanding. Submission does not publish the business. Proud 2 Pay may approve, request changes, reject, suspend, unpublish, or archive a business or offer to protect members and program integrity. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its information, staff readiness, legal compliance, and honoring the approved offer while it is active. Changes to the published offer require review.
